Sabudana Khichdi Recipe | Easy & Tasty Fasting Special

What is Sabudana Khichdi?

Sabudana Khichdi is a popular Maharashtrian recipe that is often eaten during fasting (vrat) days like Navratri, Ekadashi, Shivratri, or Janmashtami. It gives instant energy as sabudana (sago pearls) are rich in carbohydrates. A touch of roasted peanuts adds protein, while green chilies and curry leaves give it that tasty Indian flavor.
